The results of all interviews are summarized in a “stakeholder expectation matrix” and form part of the description of the project objectives in the project manual and are thus transparent for all project participants. Identified, contradictory expectations must of course be resolved. It has also proved successful to nominate a member from the project team for each entry in the expectation matrix who is responsible for reaching or maintaining this point – in other words, taking on a kind of sponsorship for it.
