FREESTYLE HAS ALREADY TAKEN UP FAR TOO MUCH SPACE

Occasionally I also took on projects for system integrators where the project manager from my own company had failed. When I asked there about the uniform implementation methods, structures and tools in the company, I received the same answer – partly directly from the responsible managers of the consulting firms – in unison: “We don’t have it. With us, every project manager does it the way he thinks it is right and then it depends on his individual experiences”. Unfortunately, I have had the sad experience in the meantime that these were not exceptions, but now seems to be the rule.
