Fortunately (from today’s point of view) the people of Andersen Consulting were the method popes at that time with their implementation method “Method/SAP”. That helped me a lot – especially because I was allowed to see what you can do wrong if you don’t apply a method pragmatically enough to the respective project situation. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Rolf Moser, who has awakened in me the “Spirit of Facilitation” for the targeted and maximum beneficial use of methods and tools.
