Afterwards I took over one of my longest and most intensive project management: the global template rollout to GlobalASAP for CCHBC. This meant the use of ASAP from front to back, in all details, step by step and with intensive discussion. Because CCHBC had also sent the two customer project managers on GlobalASAP courses, and so everything was discussed very intensively and for a long time. I think today, this has helped us all a lot in our further professional life. Thanks to Reinhard Meister and Kiril Topalov from CCHBC! From the cooperation in the first template (R/3 core), we subsequently developed the specific, pragmatically applicable GlobalASAP layout for the other SAP rollouts of CCHBC.
