In particular, however, over the past ten years I have set up, restructured and brought to the goal various skewed SAP projects as project manager number 3, 4 or 5 using my toolbox. What annoys me is that it could have been done right from the beginning and the customer could have saved the costs for the unsuccessful rounds. Quite apart from the fact that the correct re-starting of the project is much more complex, when all participants have already got used to the freestyle approach (namely the absence of methods, tools and principles) and the change of working methods to the transition to ordered structures always means a strong cultural shock for the project team.
